Our activities use taste-safe ingredients, perfect for curious little hands (and mouths!). While not intended for consumption, you can have peace of mind knowing everything is made with food-based ingredients.

Our pricing

By booking with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions stated on our website you will also be provided with a copy of our terms and conditions via email when receiving an invoice. Please note active parental, educator, or caregiver supervision is mandatory throughout the sensory session.

Children’s birthday parties for up to 20 children

Starting from $500

Choice of six sensory trays you can choose to have one certain theme or chose four trays from any of our sensory themes.

It will take 45 minutes to set up and pack up with a dedicated one hour of play time.
Personalized birthday invitations are delivered electronically as a downloadable PDF for easy printing.
The birthday child will get a small sensory gift.
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event. Please note that an additional travel fee may apply depending on your venue location.

Additional add on:

Sensory party bag: $8 each (pre-booked) includes a small playdough set, air-dry clay, sensory ball, slime, rainbow lollipop, and a 10% voucher for a future birthday booking.

An extra hour of playtime $150

Playgroup sessions

We often partner with local councils to offer subsidized playgroup sessions. To find out where we will be hosting these sessions, search for “Sensory Magic with Ebony” on Eventbrite

We also run pop-up playgroups on weekends $20 per child. Follow our Instagram and Facebook Facebook accounts for updates on themes, locations, and event details, usually announced a week in advance.

Parents/ caregivers must supervise children at all times while participating in this activity.

Childcare, Kindergarten , Primary school & OSHC Incursions for up to 40 children per session.

Includes the following:

Six to ten sensory trays depending on the theme. Our sensory experience will run for one hour.
One hour set up/ half hour pack up
All-inclusive toys and materials.
Sensory trays are set up on the floor with waterproof mats underneath

We also provide interactive sit-and-watch science incursions for Science Week. Each experiment, 4 to 6 children can participate; we do a total of 10 fun science experiments it takes one hour.

Educators must supervise children at all times while participating and staff-to-children ratios must be correct at all times.

Sensory Magic with Ebony has public liability and indemnity insurance for $20 million.
